A strong core is extremely essential! Your core helps you walk, sit, stand, correct your posture.
All my workouts have core incorporated in them! Whether that's bracing/engaging (sucking bellybutton to spine) or just the average core exercise, I focus on core with every workout!

-focus on engaging your core, being as steady as possible, and doing slow and controlled movements!
