"Exercise is not only a form of mental clarity, but it has been shown to slow the progression of my disorder. Having the appropriate gym equipment enables me to accomplish my task more efficiently. My personal favorite way to work out is in the pool, and having the appropriate equipment to get in and out makes the daunting task super simple. They say, 'Move it or lose it,' and a wellness facility that caters to people in wheelchairs or with disabilities to safely accomplish this."
